If you need a place to go and just be, we’re here. Practice in a trauma informed space. Rest in stillness on your mat. Have a cup of tea & chat or don’t. Whatever you need. Yoga, meditation & breath work can help you manage depression & anxiety. Just know that there is a place nearby where you are welcome, just as you are.
