I’ll be away this week, so the studio schedule is limited. Don’t worry, you’re always on my mind. Each day, I’ll post a picture on Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn taken at one of my favorite places. Go to that place (anytime this week), take a selfie* at the site and post it in the comments. I had the opportunity to spend a few days on retreat this past weekend. A chance to go within. To release some old emotional baggage & make room for growth. This is difficult work, but so very important.
Which got me thinking. How do others reset? Do they reset, or just try to keep plugging along?
I have a summer day retreat plan in the works – more info on that will follow. In the meantime, I’d love to hear your reset plan. What do you already do? What practices do you want to explore or find?

Just for today, try to notice your emotions as an outside observer; feeling them while remembering they are not who you are*. If they don’t serve you, let them go. Then register for yoga & meditation to help do this.
