How do you reset?

I had the opportunity to spend a few days on retreat this past weekend. A chance to go within. To release some old emotional baggage & make room for growth. This is difficult work, but so very important.

Which got me thinking. How do others reset? Do they reset, or just try to keep plugging along?

I have a summer day retreat plan in the works – more info on that will follow. In the meantime, I’d love to hear your reset plan. What do you already do? What practices do you want to explore or find?
