To preserve the serenity of our space, we ask that guests bring their own yoga mat, as we do not offer mat rentals. Please remove your shoes upon entering the studio. If you prefer not to practice barefoot, you’re welcome to bring grippy socks or clean, indoor-only shoes for use during your practice.

A month of grounding, warmth, and meaningful connection
February invites us to slow down, tend to our inner warmth, and stay connected — to ourselves, to nature, and to community. This month at Shanti Yoga Love, you’ll find a blend of weekly classes and special experiences designed to support nervous system regulation, gentle exploration, and heart-centered presence.

February 6 at Wall Street Coffee Company A cozy, lighthearted gathering centered around warm beverages, real conversation, and community connection. A perfect way to soften winter’s edges and spend time together.
🌲 Forest Bathing or 🧘 Meditation & Breath

Forest Bathing – Outdoor experience, if conditions allow
Meditation & Breath – Indoor experience if weather is not suitable for being outside
Included Cacao Ritual – Allows us to connect with the Mayan energy of the day. This ritual honors the roots of this practice as shared by the beautiful Indigenous teachers at the Mayan Wisdom Project.
We’ll choose the format closer to the date depending on conditions. Either option offers a gentle, grounding way to connect with nature, breath, and seasonal energy.
🌸 Holistic Health Series: Aromatherapy Essentials
February 21 This month’s focus: Marjoram, Cypress & Orange essential oils Includes education, sensory exploration, and a make & take product to bring home.

🎶 The Healing Hum: Sound Immersion Experience
February 22 at Wall Street Coffee Company An extended sound immersion using crystal and/or metal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other therapeutic instruments to support relaxation, grounding, and nervous system balance.

Welcome back. I hope your winter break offered moments of rest, warmth, and reflection. As we step into the new year, I’m so happy to share that classes resume January 4, and I look forward to welcoming you back into practice—both in-studio and online.
You may notice that a few classes have been renamed this season. These updates were made intentionally, to more clearly reflect each offering’s focus and energetic purpose, while preserving the heart of the practice you know and love.

From Distraction to Insight: A Yogic Map to Mindfulness
This Yoga Sutra–inspired workshop series offers a practical, accessible exploration of mindfulness through classical yogic wisdom.
Offered primarily online
Limited in-studio availability, first come, first served
Live sessions are donation-based
For those wishing to engage more deeply, the complete year-long series is available on-demand for self-paced study.
One-time investment: $150 (payment plan available for an additional charge)

Workshop recordings are exclusively available to those who purchase the on-demand series
This option allows you to move through the teachings slowly and intentionally, returning to the material whenever your practice calls for it.
Aromatherapy Essentials — January Focus
Aromatherapy Essentials is a monthly workshop, with featured oils and themes that change throughout the year.
This month, we’ll explore the qualities of:
Clove
Coffee
Fir
Mandarin
We’ll highlight their benefits, practical applications, and how they can support both daily life and personal practice. Each participant will also enjoy a nourishing make-and-take creation to bring the experience home.

The Healing Hum: A Guided Sound Meditation
The Healing Hum is a traveling offering, held in different locations throughout the year to create fresh, supportive environments for rest and restoration.
This month’s session will take place at Wall Street Coffee, offering a cozy, grounding setting for deep nervous system regulation.
Your experience includes:
A guided sound meditation designed to quiet the mind and soften the body
A cup of rest-promoting tea, thoughtfully prepared to complement the practice
Investment:
$25 for non-members
Members: $5 + 1 class pass credit (to support the tea and coffee shop staff time)
