I had the opportunity to spend a few days on retreat this past weekend. A chance to go within. To release some old emotional baggage & make room for growth. This is difficult work, but so very important.
Which got me thinking. How do others reset? Do they reset, or just try to keep plugging along?

2021 is coming to a close. Time to reflect on where we’ve been and clear space so we can move forward.
